Sweetheart's grapes

Some grapes from Sweetheart's vine, what's in " the village" (some 40 kms from home) and we visit once a fortnight; to check the development of the grapes (and olives a little further on). Today he took along this picking from his vine and it's clear that his grapes can be harvested in coming fortnight... they'll be used for producing wine.

In a neighbour's yard I found the scene of stairs and fruittrees (walnuts a.o.) ready for harvesting too ~ see the Extra's where also a picture of our table at the taverna To Farangi in Deliana, where we once more enjoyed dinner, while the vine received water from the system we'd opened like at our other visits of the Summer, we ate at this lovely taverna, what's a fav of ours.
