Afternoon off yesterday as had a meeting at the school about appointing a new headmaster.

Alice and Thomas were thrilled as this meant I could pick them up from school. Alice was especially proud of her good reading sticker which was great because it was also World Book Day.

Felt like a spring afternoon walking back home.

They both went off to spend their World Book Day book tokens whilst i had to go to the meeting, know where I would rather be.
