Soup batch #3

You may think I've gone vegetable mad but I'm not one to shy away from my five-a-day at the best of times, so given that it's January and I'm not feeling 100%, I am going heavy on the vitamins (and gingerbread men). This was the start of cooking soup batch #3 of 2013, which I made earlier on today with my boyfriend. We devoured half of it with chunks of German mixed sourdough rye bread and the last of the Christmas cheeses at lunch time. Deeeeeeelishush!
