All the week I have had an ill-divining soul – now what I foresaw has come to pass.

Russia, unable to resist the temptation of a Poland about to be dismembered, has attacked on the Eastern frontier. Her pretext is that the Polish government has lost control and that she is bringing peace to the Poles!
