Sport Scotland, Scottish Rowing, North Lanarkshire Council together unable to agree a business plan to enable this taxpayer funded multimillion pound Rowing Tank and Gymnasium to continue to provide public access.

Many users displaced including a lot of people with disabilities and military veterans who received special coaching from the resident specialist instructor who was made redundant.

Today like most days it is unused and is now only available to members of Scottish Rowing.
