Man and Dog

I thought that this chap was looking rather lonely, except for the dog, but he was waiting for his lady who was browsing the NT shop.

It was in the stable yard at Wimpole Hall, and we had just walked around the formal gardens and the walled garden.  It's a lovely place, not as impressive as Stourhead, but pretty decent.

And they are building a new car park and visitor reception, it seems, returning the current car park to part of the Wimpole park land.
