Coming round again

This morning Sunday ride we were joined by M and N's son and girlfriend (G and E!).

Great ride, finished up at our favourite cafe in Howarth for lunch.

G is a super-fit cyclist who leads London to Paris rides and tours in China and Vietnam. He came on his recent acquisition - this 1965 frame with a single gear and original drops ('North Street Drops' I think). The embarassing thing is, he sprinted up all the hills well ahead of us with hundreds of gears. Oh to be young again.
