fall

Today, Sarah and I moved the bench to the front of the house, where it catches the sun for our morning coffee. The sun is now rising in the east, behind the conker tree, which throws long shadows over the driveway. The leaves on the Virginia creeper are beginning to turn, usually they go a lovely deep crimson colour, so this one was unusual.

A gloriously sunny and mild day, so some gardening got done, some more splitting and shifting of logs (D, S and me), a bit of cooking (me), a job interview (Luke), bike ride (me), yoga (D and S) and shopping (Luke and me).

Now time to relax with a DVD I think...
