The Inner Sanctum of a Blushing Bride

...from the Protea family.
The innards of this wee flower was so awesome I just had to use my macro and crop in.
Flowers are rather complicated things ...so many different shapes.... textures and colours...which is not always obvious to an eye flicking over a bunch or a sprig of many.

I went to the pictures with my friend last night and today I am nursing the most wicked hangover from eating too many lollies...jeez!
