Dreaming

Took the kids to London for the penultimate day of their holidays.

We packed a lot in - Borough market, walk along the river to the Tate, a couple of exhibitions and lunch there, tube to Hyde park, ice skating around the band stand and ice sculpture viewing at the winter wonderland, tea in Soho, ice cream and people watching in Covent garden then home on the train. Pheww

I absolutely adore St Pancras station it brings back such vivid memories for me when as a young designer I used to trek down on the train from Leicester or Notts to see the buyers in london - mostly M+S.
That life feels like a dream when I go there now as the station has changed so much.Wish the champagne bar had been there then.
