Wide Wednesday Challenge -

...... footpath &/or bridge - well, I've managed both.

This is one of our entrances to Caroline Bay, the footpath goes under the rail bridge.  The sign on the fence reads "Tracks are for trains, Keep Off". 

Caroline Bay is much more than a beach/bay, it is a beautiful place with many amenities for young and old.  A boardwalk meanders across the dunes.  In the summer, mainly during the Christmas/New Year period it is bustling with locals and holiday makers alike.  Called the Caroline Bay Carnival, runs twice daily concerts, beauty contests like Miss Caroline Bay, Mother & Son, Tiny Tots, Queen of the Carnival, you get the idea.  There are rides and games for everyone.  New Years Eve is a big deal culminating in impressive fireworks displays.
