Syphon method coffee

Coffee prepared using the 'syphon' method. It did taste good, and was probably superior to a simpler method. It certainly looked impressive and I was invited to sit next to where they carefully prepared my coffee. Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo - four floors with different coffee beans being roasted, tea, snacks, cakes. Quite an expensive coffee, but an interesting experience.
