They're back

The students are back in the house next door. With nine of them cramped into a terraced house more suited to the average sized family, The new term is  always a moment of trepidation before we know if we'll be plagued by anti-social hooligans or hard working polite young people. Fortunately we've avoided he excesses of earlier years, and the early signs of this bunch of film students are positive. And they've already told us all too familiar horror stories of the hated landlord: faulty plumbing broken radiators no internet or sky tv all of which they are contractually obliged to supply. 
So is the light in the window a diligent student already with his/her nose in a book? I like to think so
