A Romanesc Caulifower up close.

     A most intriguing vegetable to look at and photograph. I must say, that when cooked it is mild in flavour and tasty.
Cook as though you were cooking a cauliflower.
I saw this in a farm shop that we have not been into recently. This was fresh off the field.

     I could not resist taking some photos of it because of its intriguing appearance. 
The extra is the whole vegetable. 

     Good news at last, I now have the hospital appt: I have been waiting for.
It will be next week.
