MOT time for the car, and me!

Unlike me, my car passed its MOT this morning with flying colours. To cut a long story short, I was then taken unwell and had a visit from a paramedic. Turns out I’m allergic to shellfish, one of the ingredients in a new supplement that I started today. Thankfully the paramedic was able to treat me at home, and I’m slowly recovering.

Question of the day: how do you know if you’re allergic to something if you’ve never tried it before?!
