Grilled delicates

Only salt and some thyme. Then grilled for four minutes by the side in HOT grill of our garden. Then 10minutes in folio wrap. And the fish is ready.

To be honest this was more delicate than I ever have eaten. Just so super good!

In the evening bathing in sauna of Veittijärvi (in extra), water only 13c and getting cooler.
