Distant egrets

To my knowledge I have never seen egrets before, but a pair moved in about a month ago. Presumably they prefer the low water level. They don’t like attention though and I didn’t have a long lens with me so this is as close as I could get. At least I recorded them - they will probably leave when they turn the taps back on.
