When in Brussels ...

You just have to visit The Atomium and its neighbouring Mini Europe model land. The former was a centre piece to the 1958 World Expo held on this parkland site on the northern fringes of the city. Both sites are well worth a visit and we enjoyed the views, the post war social history and in the model Europe wondered if the UK icons would be removed. There was even a model pro/leave demonstration in front of the Palace of Westminster.
