Little and Large, Life and Death

Hairy company as i ate a very late lunch in the sun by the Parliament today.

Took a couple of minutes to upload the photo to Blip, looked up and s/he'd gone. "That's one speedy caterpillar", thought I.

But then from the corner of my eye, i saw movement. See extra. A passerby must have caught the caterpillar in the tread of their shoe.
