or beef wrapped in wild betel leaves. One of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. Wild betel leaves (Piper sarmentosum) are not easy to find in Edinburgh so it's a tasty treat reserved for visits to London. I've even tried to root them from a packet bought in Chinatown in the hope of growing my own ... but no joy.
