A flotilla of ducklings

There were actually, eight of them, but two were camera shy. For that many to survive, almost into adulthood is quite amazing. It was almost a balmy day along the canal, and I sat out in the beer garden of the world famous inn, wondering if this was the last time for this year. It's not quite autumn, but neither does it seem to be summer any more.
