Home-made honey

I was lucky enough to receive a limited edition gift of some lovely honey from Kate's bees.  It's called Elsa's honey, named after the gentle Airedale Terrier which was the families first dog and who was around, 5 or so years ago, when Kate first embarked on this hobby.

A couple of years ago she had an aggressive bunch of bees and suffered allergic reaction to their stings.  Happily this year's lot are much nicer and I'm delighted to report that their honey is delicious.
