Mount Rokko

A fun cable car trip up to a wonderful view of Osaka Bay and Kobe City. Sadly it was raining when I reached the top. So you get the cable car instead of the view!

It’s the opening game of the Rugby World Cup this evening in Tokyo between Japan and Russia. Expectation is high... fingers and paws crossed ;)
