Messy!!

Up early to start making some rye bread!  Grandbaby arrived after breakfast.  I made the chocolate mousse for tonight and prepared veg etc. Then made a chocolate cake with GB.  She loves making it but doesn’t like eating it!! It’s really too rich for her! She prefers it raw as you can see above!

Edit: The bread was delicious, but for next time more water in the first place to make a looser dough.  It didn’t rise very much so quite a compact loaf. I scored a nice deep pattern into the top but Ro complained that it was difficult to slice!   Only makes one small loaf so doubling the quantities might be good.
