A wet web!

A very misty start to the morning ..... I suppose some people might describe it as a real 'pea souper'. Fortunately, by the time I got off the bus in Glasgow city centre (just after 9am) the mist had dispersed and since then we have enjoyed the most glorious day.

I was hoping to get a photo of the mist on the river but I was too late :-((

The spiders' webs were looking good first thing as the drops of dew clung to the silky web thread .... no sign of any spiders though.

The pink behind the web on my railings is a clump of Japanese Anemones.
