A funny kind of a day. It is our wedding anniversary today-33years! Feel that is an accomplishment! We were also at a funeral of a close family friend. Dick was friends with my mum and dad . He was the life and soul of every party. He was 82. We saw many familiar faces and of course it brought back memories of my mum and dad.
We came home and enjoyed a glass of Prosecco to toast our anniversary but also to toast the life of Dick. A bittersweet day.
We’re off out for a meal tonight.
