Training Ride

The remnants of Tropical Storm Lorena, clouds and cooler temperatures, were still being felt this morning, making it an ideal day to ride the road to the airport. I considered it a training ride, so didn't stop at all until I reached the top in just over 19 minutes. Not my all time best time, but still respectable considering I'm still working on getting back in shape after two and half months of vacation. This is the view of Playa Las Gatas right before I plunged down the back side of the hill. Looks like good waves for surfing, though I have received no word that the planned surf contest is taking place today. Perhaps tomorrow.
