It was a fabulous day for a walk..... so we walked in the woods.  This was the longest I have walked since my surgery, so I was very pleased with myself.  The sun of course helps the enjoyment, and the HG worked out a really nice route.  Did 15,000 steps, so I was well pleased, and we awarded ourselves with an ice cream cone at the end.

Got caught up in traffic on the way home, though as there was an accident, although no one was hurt it blocked the road.  Just finished dinner, and feeling good now.   And having a glass of red wine!!!!
