Thwarted plans

Thought today it'd be really pleasant to have a swim.  Headed to pool, locked self in cubicle disrobed, searched in bag for swimsuit in vain. Remembered it was hanging on hook in kitchen while bag dried out from previous swim. Put clothes back on and luckily was a able to retrieve voucher for another time. Headed to market for bread and croissants for weekend breakfast.
In the afternoon had to go to time shop to select tiles to replace ones in loft shower as plumber thinks leak is due to isdue behind current tiles.
While visiting plumbing suppliers purchased new shower hose. It's time to not have the pin holes in the house spray everywhere. Tried in vain at 3 suppliers to find shower screen seal. Assistants kept showing items that bore no resemblance to the one is brought to show them. It felt like walking into a choice shop and being given a hat to try on!
Back home ordered one online. 
Consolation tart for dinner: pesto, taleggio and tomato.
