Flower Friday

Autumn is supposed to start on Monday but it has already cooled right down and we had frosts overnight today and yesterday. Many flowers are looking worse for wear, particularly my neighbour's dahlias across the road. This one stood out from the others being only slightly affected.
I played Canasta with some friends today then Hubby and I went to the football this evening. It was a dismal 2nd half and we ended up losing 1-3 although we are still on top of the ladder pending the remaining games this weekend.
