How could I forget?

I was down in London today for meetings. At about 9 am Jenny messaged me asking whether I was feeling OK. I replied yes of course why. It turns out I forgot to drink my tea! I'm now seriously worried about myself. How could I be so negligent? Of course when I got to my meeting I made myself a tea with two teabags. Obvs.
