Nice to Meet You

Corra greeting a snowman made by some kids in our complex. She scratched up his chest, ripped off his mouth, and ran off with one of his arms. It went about as well as I expected!

The Badger household is back to about 90% normal - and it feels great! Plumber is coming in the morning to hook up our dishwasher and washing machine again (so I can do some laundry again, yay!). While the guys were working on our kitchen today, Mr. Badger discovered why it is that so much water made it to other floors. There is a drain hole cut through the floor and drained through a tray that the washing machine sits on. There is a huge amount of space all around the drain - water could easily make it down to other floors through this hole. Hopefully our plumber can come up with some way of filling that =\ No idea why it was made that way to begin with, the damage would have been much less severe to our downstairs neighbors. Sigh. Ah well, at least we are almost there!
