Training today was hard - and very good. I filmed a bunch of stuff for Kancho - which is going to wind up with a rather long and large video file. Hopefully he won't mind too much.

Afterwards, I remembered the Pentax Forums selfie theme. So you have to put up with sweaty me. Soz.
