2019 Wednesday — Morro Rock
This photo doesn’t reveal that the bay has many kayakers on it this evening from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo. The new quarter begins tomorrow. Groups of students were wandering throughout the Embarcadero.
We had gone to Morro Bay to walk the pups in Tidelands Park. The entire area seemed more populated than usual.
I had decided a day ago I wanted to go out to eat this evening. We’ve mostly enjoyed evening meals of soup and salad since we arrived here last Thursday evening. Stephanie’s Farmer’s Market Inspired Soups are healthy and delicious. They eliminate my need to have to do meal preparation and cooking, but I’m tired of soup so this evening we enjoyed dinner at Rose’s Cantina on the Bay and watched all the kayakers as we enjoyed a salad, split a burger, and had a couple slices of pizza.
Back at the house, I am continuing to get the large stack of essays graded from my three classes of Freshman Composition. Because we have a “hot spot” from the library, I’ve been able to accomplish some work on the cyber portion of my classes.
