Walked Misty in the local moss this morning and had a surprise visitor on my leg, initially I thought it was a leaf but when I looked again saw it was a grasshopper.  I was so pleased I managed to get a shot of it.   I've never seen one before, so it had to be today's blip.  Have had to crop the image considerably though.  Whilst we were there we bumped into my neighbour with his working cocker puppy and for the first time Misty took an interest in her and was sort of playing with her.

Popped to see a friend in Dalston this afternoon to help her with downloading books to her Kindle.  Managed to get it sorted for her.  Then back home and cut the grass ahead of tomorrow's rain!
