In the middle of the road.

This building is in the middle of the main street in Llanidloes.

The Old Market Hall dates from the early 1600s when, presumably, there was less traffic on the B4569.  

I had a very hot cycle from Dolgellau to Machynlleth then via the spectacular mountain road to Llanidloes and a beer.
