Spoon Shots

Full day!

We got up early to the sound of bells to go out for a photo walk, the streets were just as amazing at 6.30a.m. There lots of ladies like the one above making offerings (rice, tikka, flowers) to all the Gods. It was very interesting, other worldy and borderline incomprehensible.

We then had breakfast on the rooftop, followed by a trip to the pottery sqaure and eventually to try the local delicacy yogurt (while watching a goat being sacrificed of all things! That was interesting....)

Then it was off to Panauti and Namo Buddha on buses, the last of which was an experience not to forget; small bumpy roads, an overcrowded bus and sheer cliffs.

Then it was dinner with the monks and an early night,
