Growing fast - time flies

We got up and out today and then I did my usual dash to work and dash back for pick ups.
I realised today they are both growing so fast and are both amazing but also it scares me. They are growing up more and more and it’s just alarming. We came home and did din we and bathtime so we could have a chat. They were both shattered. R came home late so we discussed the usual argument about time keeping.
