Before and After

Not all the changes are from tearing down the old and putting up the new. This building on Lombard just got a face lift. A couple of months ago, you could still see the old signage that had been covered up from an earlier facelift. I don't know if the ice cream sign will still be there when someone tears off this improvement to make way for yet another facelift about 30 years from now. Extra: the before.
