Cycle Happy

The world doesn't seem such a bad place when I can get out on the bike when the weather is like this! Sunshine, warm temperatures and a slight breeze all made for a brilliant ride! Not to mention I had some funky new music on, Friendly Fires & Chase & Status, PLUS i seem to be coming back on form now I have dropped the interval training sessions, quite comfortably keeping an average speed of 18mph over the 27 miles I did today.

Also with the doom & gloom catching up with the oil industry I thought it be best to see whats out there, just incase, and something may come of it which is positive :)
