And when it arrived I was walking my course. I got absolutely soaked. I'm not a 'fair weather only' person, but the thought of sitting round waiting to run the course for an hour or more in soaking wet jeans made me decide to call it a day and head home. Bit gutted as I've been to so few shows this year, and I've missed out on three runs today, but yesterday was successful and I didn't want to risk injury to either myself or Ali as it's easy to slip running in these conditions, besides, we're off on holiday next week so plenty to do with getting ready.
