2013 goal!
4days ago I (&hubby) decided to start calorie counting via a iPhone app that my hubby used last year to lose 2stone! Since August last year after a spell in hospital I've put on a LOT of weight which I now NEED to lose to enable me to have a further operation later this year!
As you can see I've already lost 3lb 6oz in 4days just by logging all my food intake and calorie counting! It's been so easy tbh I didn't believe it would work but it has and has also made me aware of the times I've eaten for the sake of eating!
Ill b blipping weight loss (hopefully not gain) once a week .... WHEN I reach my goal I shall say what my starting weight was as I'm absolutely mortified to say it now lol!
