After last nights excesses it was a definite effort to get to the planned location to watch the England game which sadly wasn't the most entertaining match ever played. A good score to start us off though

An emergency run round the shops to get pillow cases for No.2, lunch and then run for the train home. It was much quicker than the car journey up, even allowing for sunday engineering.

An early night for me later as I'm away on my quarterly management conference tomorrow and Tuesday. Two more days of eating too much and not moving enough.
