Breaking ground

I had intended to take my 6D2 and a short zoom - I had it out and ready to go... and inevitably I picked up my 70D with the 100mm macro.  The two cameras are very similar in size/weight/appearance so I have very different wrist straps on them for easy ID.  Obviously, that didn't work today - I didn't even realise until I wanted to take this shot.

So, the composition is much tighter than I first envisioned, but it was good to use the long end of what is actually an extremely versatile prime lens.  

It's not often that I borrow JG's line, but in this case, please look large on black!
