Feline visitor

A neighbour’s black and white cat has come to look upon us as its second home. She (or he) has become a regular visitor thee or four times a day and appears to have found its favourite resting patch alongside our boundary fence from where it can keep watch ver much of the garden.
Ironic perhaps, because a few years ago we had a black and white cat of our own, and this one is almost a dead ringer for our Katy from the past.
Her favourite patch was to hide beneath the foliage of a miniature weeping willow from where she held a similar commanding view over the garden. Fortunately young birds appeared to get wise to her habits, and keep well away from the tree!
In the meantime, our visitor is almost a blast from the past, though she is still a trifle timid whenevr we approach.!
