Birthday weekend

It was Mr J’s birthday on Friday so to celebrate we packed the kids of to the grandparents and spent a long weekend in Nottingham. A fancy hotel, old friends, cocktails and seeing Romesh Ranganathan at the Royal Concert hall. When we got home this afternoon the children had helped to make a cake and we all sang “happy birthday”.
