One last dry day?

After a little bit of rain overnight l was bracing for a thorough soaking today.  We only had one or two brief showers of soft drizzle... so, lucky us l guess.  When we went out for tea l took an umbrella believing we were due a huge rain storm around 6.30 (according to my phone app) but it missed us as well and we were treated instead to a soft sunset in the billowy clouds.  A lovely gentle evening light over the cottages. 
There is too much rugby to watch... wall to wall from too early in the morning!!  Just saying.. we did watch it and thoroughly enjoyed it!  Not a very auspicious start for Scotland this time...
