This spider was in my dad’s basement, directly in my path to go upstairs. (I left the swifter mop in for size context).
There was no way I was walking past him, no way I could squish him, and no way I could leave him to wander around down there, so I sucked him up in the shop vac. I hate to kill anything, but I have a no spider in the house (any house) policy. Especially ones with fur.
