Exploring Larochette

Only a few days after I started working in Heerlen I took a vacation with my girlfriend. We travelled to Luxemburg. Camping Birkelt in Larochette to be precise. First I drove to the wrong Birkelt in Luxemburg. Luckily the country is quite small and within half an hour we arrived at the camping.

After having set up the tent, we took a walk into the village of Larochette. We walked all the way to the castle ruins and back for dinner. For dinner we bought 2 kroketten in the partly Dutch camping store and baked our potatoes and cooked the carrots we brought.
