Up and out of the house with mum on a long walk - well, only 8 miles, but longer than your normal stroll out the front door. We went a different route than normal, looping via the racecourse and the Cotswald Way to find ourselves in Weston, then back up the hill to home.

Final touches to my letter to Edinburgh, asking to withdraw from the ERASMUS scheme in Santander, due to a terrible standard of education over there, meaning that I'm missing a year's quality education in Edinburgh for next to no gain; or the gain that you'd expect from a gap year or long summer in Spain.
